The first meeting is important because you need to agree the strategy and allocate some tasks. This is the agenda that Rosa used for the first meeting (Meeting #1) at Imperial College in London.

  2. The big idea -what does it mean for us?
  3. Strategy options:
    1. Option 1 Bottom up: Students >> Lecturers >> Heads of Department >> Heads of Faculty >> Vice-chancellor
    2. Option 2 Top down: Students >> Vice-chancellor >> Heads of Faculty >> Heads of development/Curriculum >> Lecturers
    3. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each option
    4. Choose a strategy (what is the university already doing?)
    5. Should we start organising modules ourselves?
