If you are reading this page you are probably the perfect person to organise and direct the Climate 101 campaign at your university. Do a quick check on the active universities page and, if your university isn’t already listed, prepare to take the lead.
The first thing you need to do is to find a small group of like minded students. This is not as easy as it sounds. We recommend that you start by holding a meeting.
- Fix a time and a place
- Design a poster (use our template)
- Think about your agenda. Here is what Rosa used for Meeting #1 at Imperial College, London. Make sure you discuss actions, not just beautiful dreams
- Contact the secretaries of any student societies or clubs that might be supportive
- Contact tutors and lecturers – ask them to mention C101 and the meeting to their students. Remember, while C101 is a student lead initiative, nothing will happen without the support and engagement of academics
